A cancer diagnosis can be such an overwhelming experience to both patients and their families. As a woman, parent and wife, I understand the woes and worries that it brings. My desire is to blend excellent technology and medical skills with social grace in treating my patients, so we can 'Fly Together For a Fresh Start'." That is how Radiation Oncologist Dr. Veena Divecha summarizes her passion for putting technology to work for her patients.

Dr. Divecha completed her Radiation Oncology residency at the University of Kansas and has since been practicing in the St. Louis area. She has experience treating a wide variety of cancers, including skin, breast, prostate, GYN, head and neck and lung cancers. Fresh with modern ideas, she has a positive perspective for cancer treatment and cure. She has had the honor of practicing in several cancer research projects in both the United States and in India.

Dr. Divecha has privileges at major hospitals in St. Louis and at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Illinois. She is a member of ASTRO, ACR, AMA and IMC. She is currently practicing at Sugar Creek Cancer Center.
